The GLOHE PM818 is a vehicle-mounted 4G LTE push-to-talk (PoC) mobile radio for fleet dispatch and transportation management. Unlike analog mobile radios that depend on repeater coverage, the PM818 works over the mobile network, so drivers and dispatchers can talk across cities, states and countries wherever cellular coverage is available.
The PM818 works with the RealPTT and XIN POC platforms. LTE band version, platform account and function settings are confirmed before production according to the destination market and operator.

A PoC radio needs three things: the radio, a SIM card with a mobile data plan from a local operator, and an account on a PoC platform such as RealPTT or XIN POC. The platform manages users and talk groups. GLOHE can help confirm the platform setup and SIM requirements before an order ships.
Multi-group monitoring and multi-member individual calls depend on the PoC platform and its service plan. Please confirm which functions are required so the correct platform configuration can be prepared.

Yes. The PM818 uses standard-size SIM cards with a mobile data plan from a local operator. It supports dual SIM with single standby and automatic or manual switching.
The PM818 is available in an EU version (B1/2/3/4/5/7/8/20/28 and B34/38/39/41) and a North America version (B1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/13/17/66 and B38/40/41). Please share your country and operator so we can confirm the matching version.
The PM818 works with the RealPTT and XIN POC platforms. The platform account and talk groups are set up according to the project plan.
GPS is optional. When GPS is selected, vehicle positions can be viewed on the platform dispatch software. Please confirm GPS when placing the order.
